Peacefully on Thursday 12th August, at home, aged 48 years, Gareth of St Mary Street, Whitland.
Loving fiancé of Siwan, much loved Dad of Ryan, Zak and Llion and a dearly missed son and brother.
The funeral service will be held at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth on Friday 27th August at 1.00pm. The cortege will depart St Mary Street at 12.30pm.
