Tragically on Monday 24th August, aged 55 years, Phil of Llanfallteg, Whitland.
Beloved partner of Julie, much loved dad of Grace, Katie and George, a dearly missed younger brother to John, David, Joanne and Alison, and a dear uncle to all his nieces and nephews.
A service of celebration will be held at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth on Friday 2nd October at 1:45pm, the family would appreciate if those attending were to wear either an England rugby or football shirt.
