Suddenly on Friday 18th September at Glangwili Hospital, surrounded by her family, aged 30 years, Sophia of Lon Hafren, St Clears.
Cherished daughter of Amanda, Big Little Sister to Kyle and Nia, beloved granddaughter of Ann and the late Harcourt and a much loved and dearly missed niece, cousin, aunty and sister-in-law.
A service of celebration for Sophia’s life will be held at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth on Thursday 15th October at 3:15pm. It would be appreciated by the family if those attending were to wear colourful attire.
